Before you get in touch
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
No. Most useful conversations start with a problem rather than a specification. Describe what is happening now and what you would like to be happening instead, and we will work out the shape of it with you.
What information helps you give a useful answer?
What you are trying to achieve, roughly what you have in place already, and any timeline you are working to. A link to your current site or system helps more than a long description.
Can you work with our existing website or system?
Yes. Where the existing foundation is sound we improve it rather than starting over. A rebuild only gets recommended when the current setup would cost more to keep maintaining than to replace.
What does the first conversation cover?
The problem itself, what constraints you are working within, and an honest read on whether this is something we should take on. Nothing is quoted until we have looked at what actually exists.
