Make complex services easier to find and choose
Nine consulting and training lines were spread across around seventy service pages. Visitors needed a quicker way to find the right expertise, understand the offer, and send a relevant enquiry without searching through a slow, complex website.
We rebuilt the navigation around those service lines, created one consistent page template, and added enquiry forms that identify the service being requested. Performance work brought desktop Lighthouse scores into the mid-to-high 90s; mobile performance remains a priority for further improvement.

Bring printed lessons to life with digital learning
Client Gohar Publishers
Thousands of textbook lessons needed a direct route to the matching video lecture. Teachers and pupils needed to reach the right resource from a printed page, while the publisher needed a consistent way to organise a large, growing content library.
We built a structured library organised by series, grade, unit, and lecture, with click-to-play video thumbnails and downloadable teacher resources. More than 12,000 lecture pages and 15,000 print-ready EPS QR codes connect each printed lesson with its matching digital resource.
Printed books and digital learning now work as one connected resource, with a direct route from each QR code to its lesson. The publisher has a reusable content structure for adding titles, organising lecture pages, and sharing teaching resources across the catalogue.

By recording a baseline before work starts, then comparing the same pages under the same conditions afterwards. The data lives in your own analytics and Search Console, so every figure can be independently verified rather than taken on trust.
Can you work with our existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Where the existing foundation is sound we improve it — performance, SEO structure, security and ongoing maintenance. A full rebuild is only recommended when the current site would cost more to maintain than to replace.
