TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support and maintenance for websites and business systems
Ongoing support for the websites, systems and hardware your business depends on — covering troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, configuration and issue resolution, remotely and on site.
Things drift when nobody is watching them
Plugins fall behind, certificates expire, backups quietly stop running, and a small fault nobody noticed turns into an outage on the busiest day of the month. Most downtime is not a dramatic failure — it is maintenance that did not happen, discovered at the worst possible moment.
Technical Support keeps everything current and monitored, with a defined route to reach someone who already knows your setup. That matters more than response-time promises: the slow part of most incidents is not the fix, it is somebody unfamiliar working out how your system is put together.
How support works
Three ways of getting help, covering software, hardware and the scheduled work that prevents most problems in the first place.
Fast diagnosis and resolution without a site visit, covering software, hosting, configuration and access issues.
Hands-on attendance where hardware, networks or physical installation work means remote access is not enough.
Scheduled updates, monitoring, backup verification, and the investigation work when something misbehaves intermittently.
HOW WE WORK
How support is set up
1Onboarding auditWe document what you have, how it is hosted, who holds access and where the obvious risks are, before taking responsibility for any of it.
2Monitoring and updatesScheduled patching, backup verification and uptime monitoring on an agreed cadence, so problems are found before your customers find them.
3Issue responseA defined route to report problems, with triage against agreed priorities so a cosmetic bug and a checkout outage are not treated the same way.
4ReportingRegular visibility of what was done, what changed and what needs attention next — including the things we recommend you spend money on and the things you can safely leave.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you support websites you did not build?
Yes. That is a large part of this service. It starts with an onboarding audit so we understand how the site is put together and what condition it is in, rather than discovering it during an incident.
What is covered by maintenance versus billed separately?
Scheduled updates, monitoring, backups and routine troubleshooting sit inside the agreed cover. New features, redesigns or substantial rebuilds are scoped and quoted as project work, so maintenance does not quietly become development.
Can you support hardware as well as software?
Yes. Remote support covers software, hosting and configuration; on-site support covers the physical side including devices, networks and installations. Both are handled by the same team.
What if we only need occasional help?
Support can be arranged as ongoing cover or on an as-needed basis. Ongoing cover is usually better value if uptime matters commercially, because the scheduled work prevents most of the incidents that would otherwise be billed reactively.
Need someone to keep an eye on it?
Tell us what you are running and what worries you about it. We will come back with what cover actually makes sense.
