ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Enterprise solutions: custom software, automation and integration

Scalable digital systems designed around your operations — streamlining workflows, connecting the platforms you already run, and removing the manual steps that quietly consume your team’s week.

When off-the-shelf software stops fitting

There is a point where spreadsheets, copy-paste between systems and manual approvals stop being a sensible workaround and become the actual constraint on the business. People spend their day maintaining the process rather than doing the work the process exists to support, and nobody has a reliable view of what is happening.

Enterprise solutions replace that friction with software shaped around how your operation genuinely runs — and connected to the CRM, ERP, finance and e-commerce platforms already in place, so data stops being re-keyed between them. The aim is fewer systems of record, not more.

What we build

Three overlapping areas. Most engagements involve at least two, because automation without integration usually just moves the bottleneck.

Applications and internal tools built to your exact workflow, rather than bending your process to fit a product.

Repetitive manual steps replaced with reliable automated processes, with audit trails and sensible failure handling.

APIs and data flows connecting CRM, ERP, e-commerce and finance so information moves once and stays consistent.

HOW WE WORK

How an enterprise project runs

1Process mappingWe document how the work happens today, including the undocumented workarounds people rely on, before proposing any system. Most of the value is found at this stage.

2Architecture and scopeData model, integration points and a written scope with agreed success measures, so there is a defined answer to whether the project worked.

3Build and testIterative delivery reviewed against real data rather than happy-path demos, because production data is where edge cases live.

4Rollout and handoverPhased deployment alongside the existing process, team training, and documentation so the system is genuinely yours to run.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is custom software worth it compared with an off-the-shelf product?

Not always, and we will say so. If an existing product covers most of what you need, the sensible route is usually to adopt it and integrate it properly. Custom software earns its cost when your process is genuinely a differentiator, or when no product fits without expensive compromise.

Will this work with the systems we already use?

That is normally the point. Integration with existing CRM, ERP, finance and e-commerce platforms is a core part of the work, using their documented APIs so the connection survives their updates.

What happens if our requirements change during the build?

Delivery is iterative and reviewed in stages, so change is expected rather than resisted. Changes that affect scope are priced and agreed before they are built, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the invoice.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Work is built on mainstream frameworks with no proprietary lock-in, and documentation is part of handover, so another competent team could maintain it if you ever moved on.

Got a process that is costing more than it should?

Describe what your team does manually today. We will tell you whether software is the right answer, or whether a setting somewhere already solves it.
