What our technology services cover

Each service stands on its own. Together, they cover the website your customers see, the systems your team uses, and the technology that keeps both running.

A website may need a booking system, stock feed or CRM. A hardware rollout needs its data to reach software people actually use. One team scopes those connections, with one person accountable for the outcome.

We resolve the awkward questions before they become change requests. If a service is not needed, we leave it out of the proposal.

How we scope a project

Every engagement follows the same approach, whichever service you need.

STEP 01

Look at what exists

We inspect what is actually running, beyond the written brief. This catches the surprises that otherwise surface halfway through a build.

STEP 02

Agree what success means

We use numbers you already collect: enquiries, order-processing time or hours spent on a task. If there is no useful measure, we say so.

STEP 03

Make the scope explicit

Your proposal states what is included, excluded and assumed. Different assumptions often explain the gap between two suppliers’ prices.

STEP 04

Choose the worthwhile work

Sometimes the right answer is a configuration change, a cheaper product or no change at all. We tell you when a build is not worth doing.

What it costs to run afterwards

Running costs belong in the proposal, so you can plan beyond launch.

  • Websites: updates, monitoring and backups.
  • Custom software: the same upkeep, plus support from someone who understands the application.
  • Hardware: consumables, spares and eventual replacement.

Choose your level of support. We scope support separately from the build. You choose the cover you need and can change it as your needs change.

Keep the freedom to move. We use conventional code and mainstream platforms, so another competent supplier can take over.
