POS and printing solutions
Point-of-sale terminals, receipt and label printing configured around your sales and fulfilment process — and connected to the stock and accounting systems behind it.
The till is the last place you want a surprise
Point of sale is the least forgiving hardware in a business. A terminal that hesitates, a printer that jams at the wrong moment or a card reader that drops its pairing costs you the sale and the customer’s patience at the same time, in front of everyone queuing behind them.
We configure POS around the actual sales process rather than the vendor default — including returns, discounts, split payments and whatever your staff currently work around — and connect it so sales, stock and accounting agree without anyone re-keying figures at the end of the day.
What a POS deployment covers
Terminal setup
Hardware and till configuration matched to your product range, payment methods and transaction volume.
Receipt and label printing
Receipt, shelf-edge and shipping label printing configured and tested at the volumes you actually run.
Stock and accounting links
Sales feeding stock and finance systems automatically, so end-of-day reconciliation stops being manual.
Resilience and support
Offline behaviour agreed in advance, plus support cover for when a terminal fails mid-trade.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can POS connect to our online store?
Yes, and it is usually worth doing. Linking in-store and online sales to one stock record prevents overselling and removes the manual adjustments that come from running two separate inventories.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
That behaviour is decided during setup rather than discovered during an outage. Depending on the platform, terminals can queue transactions locally and sync when the connection returns, and staff are briefed on what to do.
Do you support existing POS hardware?
Yes, where it is serviceable. Reconfiguring and integrating equipment you already own is normally cheaper than replacing it, and we will tell you plainly when hardware has genuinely reached its end of life.
Till, stock and accounts not agreeing?
Describe your sales process and what gets corrected manually at the end of the day.
