BLAC-M works across web design, custom software, business hardware and ongoing technical support. Most projects need more than one of those, and splitting them between separate suppliers is usually where things start to break — so we keep them together, under one point of accountability.
WHY WE EXIST
Most problems don't stop at the website.
A slow checkout is rarely only a design issue. A team buried in manual work rarely needs another plugin. And the scanner on the warehouse floor that will not talk to the order system is not a website problem at all — but it still decides whether the customer gets their delivery on time.
When those pieces sit with different suppliers, the gaps between them quietly become nobody’s job. BLAC-M covers the whole path instead: the public-facing site, the systems behind it, the hardware in the building, and the support that keeps all of it running.

We look before we quote
Scope is agreed against what actually exists, not a guess at it. Quoting blind is how projects end up either padded to cover the unknown, or renegotiated halfway through.
Standards, not lock-in
We build on mainstream frameworks and platforms with clean, documented code. Nothing proprietary ties you to us — if you move on, everything still works and any competent team can pick it up.
Measured, not asserted
A baseline is recorded before work begins, then the same conditions are compared afterwards. The data sits in your own analytics, so any figure we quote back to you can be checked independently.
We stay after launch
Sites and systems drift without upkeep. Monitoring, updates and troubleshooting are part of how we work, rather than something sold to you once a problem has already appeared.

Do you only build websites?
No. A website is often the starting point, but a lot of our work sits behind it — custom software, business automation and system integration — or alongside it, in the form of POS, scanning, mobility and IoT hardware.
Which industries do you work with?
Public Sector, Healthcare, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing and Financial Services. The delivery process stays the same across all of them; what changes is the operational and compliance detail each sector brings.
What technologies do you build with?
Mainstream, well-supported tools rather than anything proprietary — React, Next.js and Vue on the front end; Node.js, Laravel, Django and Spring Boot on the back end; PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB for data; AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for hosting; and WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify where a CMS or storefront fits better.
What happens once a project goes live?
Technical Support carries on from there — remote and on-site help, maintenance, updates and troubleshooting. Launch is treated as the start of the working relationship rather than the end of the job.
