OUR WORK
Real projects, the problems behind them, and what changed.
Screenshots on their own prove very little. Each project below sets out what was actually broken, what we built to fix it, and how the outcome was measured — so you can judge whether we are the right team for the problem in front of you. Some client work cannot be shown publicly, so this is a selection rather than a complete list.

Every case study follows the same shape — the problem, the build, and the measured result — so projects can be compared honestly rather than presented selectively.
BUSINESS WEBSITES
The challenge. Precise run nine consulting and training lines — ISO standards, risk and compliance, ESG and sustainability, environmental services, human capital and more — spread across roughly seventy service pages. The content was all there. The problem was that someone arriving to buy one specific service could not get to it quickly, and the site was slow enough to lose people on the way.
What we did. Rebuilt the site around that structure rather than flattening it: a mega menu that exposes all nine lines and their sub-services, one consistent template so every service page reads the same way, and an enquiry form on every page that records which page it was sent from — so an ISO consultancy enquiry arrives already labelled instead of as a generic contact. Performance work lifted the Lighthouse score from 59 to 68.

ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
The challenge. Gohar publish school textbooks across eleven series. They wanted every lesson in every printed book to lead a teacher or pupil straight to the matching video lecture — not to a homepage they then have to search. At that scale it stops being a website and becomes a content operation: roughly twelve thousand individual lecture pages, teacher resource packs and summer packs for each series, and a scannable code on the printed page for every single lecture.
What we did. Built it as a structured library rather than a blog. Over 12,000 lecture pages are organised by series, grade, unit and lecture, so URLs stay predictable and a new title slots into the existing pattern instead of needing its own template. Lectures are hosted on YouTube and surfaced on the site as click-to-play thumbnails, so the video player only loads when someone actually asks for it — which matters across twelve thousand pages. Teacher resources and summer packs are published per series with bulk download access. And we generated 15,000+ QR codes in EPS, to the publisher’s own print specification, each resolving to its own lecture page — so the printed book and the site are one product rather than two.

Numbers you can verify, not numbers we picked.
Baseline first
Every engagement records where things stand before any work begins — performance, rankings, conversion. Without a baseline, an improvement afterwards is a story rather than a result.
Same conditions after
We compare the same pages under the same conditions. Measuring a fast page on a good day is how a lot of agency numbers get made, and it tells you nothing useful.
Yours to check
The data sits in your own analytics and Search Console, not in a slide we produced. Every figure we quote can be traced back to reporting you control.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see more examples of your work?
The projects shown here are a selection. Some client work cannot be published publicly, so if you would like to see examples closer to your own situation, ask us directly and we will walk you through relevant work.
What types of projects does BLAC-M take on?
Work falls into four areas: Business Websites, Enterprise Solutions, Hardware Solutions and Technical Support. Projects range from a corporate or e-commerce site through to custom software, system integration, and the hardware that supports day-to-day operations.
Which industries have you worked with?
BLAC-M works across the Public Sector, Healthcare, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing and Financial Services, applying the same delivery process while adapting to each sector's operational and compliance requirements.
How do you measure whether a project worked?
By recording a baseline before work starts, then comparing the same pages under the same conditions afterwards. The data lives in your own analytics and Search Console, so every figure can be independently verified rather than taken on trust.
Can you work with our existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Where the existing foundation is sound we improve it — performance, SEO structure, security and ongoing maintenance. A full rebuild is only recommended when the current site would cost more to maintain than to replace.
Have a project that looks like one of these?
Tell us what you are dealing with and we will walk you through how we would approach it — no obligation.
