Web design in Dubai, from a team registered here.
We are a Dubai business building websites for Dubai businesses. That means your hours, your working week, and someone who understands why a property portal and a freight forwarder need completely different sites.
What web design Dubai projects usually involve.
These are the sectors that actually drive Dubai. The work looks different in each one, which is why we do not quote from a template.
Real estate and property
Listing portals that stay in step with the source system, multilingual agent profiles, and lead routing that gets an enquiry to the right broker before it goes cold.
Trade, freight and logistics
Quotation tools, tracking lookups and customer portals for freight forwarders and traders working across Jebel Ali and the free zones.
Hospitality and tourism
Booking flows that survive peak season, multilingual content, and integration with the channel manager you already pay for.
Professional services
Consultancies, law firms and advisory practices that get judged on the website before anyone takes a meeting.
Retail and e-commerce
WooCommerce and Shopify builds with the payment gateways used here, Arabic and English catalogues, and delivery logic that reflects real routes.
Fintech and financial services
Regulated firms that need an audit trail, controlled access and a site that will not embarrass them in due diligence.
Where Dubai projects usually start.
Almost nobody arrives asking for a website. They arrive with one of these, and the website turns out to be part of the answer.
A site built for a company that has changed. The business does three things now and the website still describes the one it started with. Usually a restructure rather than a redesign.
Listings that fall out of step. Property or product data lives in another system and the website drifts away from it within weeks.
An agency relationship that ended badly. You have a site you cannot edit, hosting you cannot access, and nobody returning calls. The first job is establishing what you actually control.
The maths Dubai businesses are doing.
Dubai has no shortage of web agencies, and prices run from a few thousand dirhams to numbers that would fund a small department. The gap is rarely in the design. It is in whether anyone will still be answering the phone in eighteen months, and whether you own what was built.
We quote against what actually exists rather than a guess, we build on mainstream frameworks with no proprietary lock-in, and support is scoped separately so you can see exactly what the running cost is. If a template would genuinely serve you better than a custom build, we will say so.
How a project here actually runs.
The practical detail, so you know what you are agreeing to before anyone quotes.
What sets the timeline. Content, almost always. Bilingual copy needs an owner on your side and approval from someone senior. Design and build move faster than that.
What to have ready. Your trade licence details for invoicing, whoever controls the domain, and a decision on who signs off copy.
What we push back on. Adding a booking system, a portal and a blog to a first build. Ship the thing that earns enquiries, then extend it.
What happens after launch. Two weeks watching real traffic, then a short list of changes worth making. Support is separate so you choose the cover.
Web design Dubai — questions answered.
Are you actually based in Dubai?
Yes. BLAC-M is registered in Dubai and the business operates on Gulf Standard Time, Sunday to Thursday. Delivery is remote, which keeps the cost sensible, but you are not dealing with an offshore agency in a different time zone.
Do you build in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Bilingual sites are normal work here. The thing worth planning early is the content, not the technology: someone has to write and approve the Arabic, and that is usually what sets the timeline.
WordPress or custom development for a Dubai business?
WordPress covers most of what a business needs and lets your team edit without a developer. Custom development earns its place when your process is genuinely unusual, or when the site has to talk to a system that has no plugin. We will tell you which one you are.
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do. Domain, hosting, code and content are all in your name, and nothing is built on a platform only we can maintain. If you ever move to another supplier, they can pick it up.
Can you work with our free zone or mainland entity?
Both are routine. The practical difference is invoicing and contracting rather than anything technical, and we settle that at the start so it does not hold up a launch.
Do you do the Arabic translation as well?
No, and be wary of anyone who says yes as an afterthought. We build the bilingual structure properly; the Arabic copy needs someone who knows your business and your audience.
