Web design in Jeddah, for businesses that move things.
Jeddah is a port city and it shows in the work. Shipping, trade, hospitality and retail all need a website that answers practical questions quickly, in two languages, without a sales call in the middle.
What web design Jeddah projects usually involve.
These are the sectors that actually drive Jeddah. The work looks different in each one, which is why we do not quote from a template.
Shipping and port services
Service sites with schedules, coverage and documentation that a logistics manager can find without emailing anybody.
Import, export and distribution
Catalogue and capability sites for traders, with quote requests structured so the reply can be useful first time.
Hospitality and travel
Bilingual booking and enquiry journeys for hotels and operators, including the seasonal peaks that break badly built sites.
Retail and e-commerce
Stores built around how you actually sell, with local payment and delivery rather than a template assuming otherwise.
Healthcare
Clinics and providers with clear service information and enquiry handling that treats health details with care.
Professional and family businesses
Long-established firms whose website has fallen behind the business it represents.
Where Jeddah projects usually start.
Almost nobody arrives asking for a website. They arrive with one of these, and the website turns out to be part of the answer.
A site inherited from a former employee. It works, but the domain is registered to someone who left and nobody has the hosting login.
Enquiries that arrive with no context. The form collects a name and a message, so every reply starts by asking what the enquiry is about.
A catalogue that changed but the site did not. New lines, new certifications, and a website still showing what you sold three years ago.
The maths Jeddah businesses are doing.
A lot of Jeddah businesses are on a site somebody built years ago, that nobody can edit, hosted somewhere no one can quite remember. Rebuilding is not always the answer. Sometimes the right move is to take ownership of what exists, fix what is broken and leave the rest.
We will tell you which situation you are in before quoting a rebuild. If a redesign genuinely solves it, that is a smaller and more predictable piece of work than starting again.
How a project here actually runs.
The practical detail, so you know what you are agreeing to before anyone quotes.
What sets the timeline. Getting access to what already exists. Domains registered years ago to a former employee are the usual delay.
What to have ready. Domain registrar login if you can find it, current hosting details, and a list of what must not be lost.
What we push back on. Rebuilding when a repair would do. If the structure is sound we will say so and quote the smaller job.
What happens after launch. Ownership properly transferred, documented, and a support level you choose rather than one bundled in.
Web design Jeddah — questions answered.
Our current site was built by someone we lost contact with. Can you take it over?
Usually yes. The first step is finding out what it runs on and whether you actually control the domain and hosting. That audit is quick and it tells you whether taking it over or rebuilding is the cheaper path.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes, and we plan the bilingual structure at the start rather than retrofitting it. The Arabic content itself needs an owner on your side.
Are you a Saudi company?
No. BLAC-M is registered in Dubai and works across the GCC on the same time zone and working week. Delivery is remote and we say so plainly.
What does ongoing support cost?
It is scoped separately from the build so you can see it. Options range from security updates only through to monitoring, backups and a response commitment. You choose the level.
We cannot find who registered our domain. Can you help?
Usually. There are records that show the registrar even when the account details are lost, and recovery is normally possible with company documents. It is worth starting that early.
Can you migrate us without downtime?
In almost all cases yes. The new site is built and tested separately, then switched over. The one thing that needs planning is email if it sits on the same hosting.
